New York Knicks vs Cleveland Cavaliers
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
The Eastern Conference Finals move to Cleveland, with the home side Cavaliers in a big 2-0 hole after the New York Knicks took care of business on their home floor to kick off the series. But at least the Cavs didn’t have a total collapse in Game 2 as they did in the first game of the series.
While being down two games isn’t ideal, especially after having one of those games in your grasp before bumbling it, the fact that the Cavaliers are back in Cleveland is a positive thing. Cleveland has been very strong on their home floor at Rocket Arena, going 6-1 during this playoff run. They have a +5 scoring differential at home in the playoffs.
There’s a good chance this series heads back to Gotham knotted at two apiece, and this becomes a best-of-three series. At the very least, I expect the Cavs to handle business tomorrow night in Game 3. My line is Cleveland -2.5, so I’ll take the home side on the spread.
