Daily NBA Player Props – April 5th
Jayson Tatum – Over 37.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-114)
Since returning to the floor, Tatum has been all over the boards. While I also like his straight rebounding prop here (over 10.5 for +120), the smarter play is the PRA. He has four straight games of going over 40 in the combination category. Some of that is due to that work he’s been doing on the boards, but he’s also averaging 26.5 points per game in that span. Toronto ranks 18th in rebounding rate and has allowed 115.3 points per game in their last three. As a result, I expect Tatum to keep the streak alive.
Thomas Bryant – Over 8.5 Rebounds (+106)
While this may seem like a lot for a guy who hasn’t had more than eight all season, the circumstances are perfect for a season-high. Both of the Cavaliers big men are out for the day. Jarrett Allen has a knee injury and Evan Mobley is out with a calf issue. That leaves just Bryant against the awful rebounding Pacers. They rank 29th in the league in rebounding percentage. Teams are pulling down 55.9 boards per game against them, which should leave plenty for Bryant.
Will Riley – Over 16.5 Points (-108)
Maybe Will Riley is not a name that you are super familiar with. Perhaps the Wizards and the Nets is not a game you had circled for action on Sunday. However, this may be one of the best spots of the day. The Wizards may be bad, but they are averaging 122.7 per game over their last three. Additionally, it seems like everyone on Brooklyn is either out and or questionable. Riley has already hit this number in five of his last six games including a 31-spot against Miami. This is a great spot to keep that rolling.
