Daily NBA Player Props – April 3rd
Jayson Tatum – Over 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (+118)
Tatum does not look like the guy who wasn’t sure if he was going to play at all this year. In fact, he looks like a guy who, if given a full season, might just be an MVP candidate. Against the Heat on Wednesday, he strung together a 25-28-11 triple double. That marked the third straight game where he crushed this projection. All of those games were against teams far better than the Bucks – who currently have nothing to play for. As a result, I expect another gaudy stat line from Tatum.
Payton Pritchard – Over 3.5 Three-Pointers (+138)
While we’re in Milwaukee, there is no reason to leave with more good props on the board. The Bucks are 29th in the league when it comes to allowing three-pointers. Their 14.8 per game is only topped by the short-handed Utah Jazz. If there is anyone who knows how to take advantage of a situation like that, it’s Pritchard. He’s made four or more three-pointers in four of his last five games.
Daniel Gafford – Over 11.5 Points (-103)
Gafford has been up and down with the scoring this year, but has been hot lately. He’s hit this mark in six of his last eight games and is averaging 18.5 in that two-week span. That’s odds I would like regardless of an opponent. However, I also like the matchup here. The Magic are allowing 51.1 points per game in the paint. That puts them at 18th in the league in that stat. Look for Gafford to get to the rim and clear this easily.
