It’s really been a boom or bust month for my NBA picks in February. I lose all my bets one day, win them all the next. But I’m up money, most importantly. Here are your NBA predictions and preview for Monday, February 9th.
NBA Predictions & Preview For Monday, February 9th
Milwaukee Bucks vs Orlando Magic
Start Time – 7:30 PM EST
The Milwaukee Bucks have won three straight games and didn’t trade away franchise superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo at the trade deadline. Maybe things are looking up in Brew City? Probably not, but Bucks fans can hope.
And while I’m not predicting they win on the road in Orlando tomorrow night against the Magic, I do think Milwaukee will cover the spread. My line is Orlando -7, so I like the Bucks plus the points.
Best Bet: Milwaukee +9.5 (-110)
Philadelphia 76ers vs Portland Trail Blazers
Start Time – 10:00 PM EST
This is a bit of a risky play, as Portland Trail Blazers All-Star forward Deni Avdija is questionable to play against the Philadelphia 76ers tomorrow night due to an ongoing back issue (he has yet to play in February). It’s a risky play because I’m still taking the Blazers.
However, Portland has won back-to-back games without Avdija, and the visiting Sixers will probably be without the services of Joel Embiid. My line is Portland -1, so I’ll take my chances on the Trail Blazers as a home dog.
Best Bet: Portland +2.5 (-102)
