The NHL has been pretty, pretty, pretty good for my daily best bets in November (and the season as a whole), so let’s strap on our skates for another winner tomorrow. For my best bet for Thursday (Nov 5th): NHL Predictions, we’re headed to the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec. Let’s get this money!
Best Bet for Thursday (Nov 5th): NHL Predictions
Utah Mammoth vs Montreal Canadiens
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The Montreal Canadiens were cruising right along in the absence of their captain and top-line center, Nick Suzuki, until they ran into the juggernaut(?!) that is the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday night. The Canadiens ran out to a 4-0 lead before allowing four straight Jets goals in the third period, eventually losing the game in overtime. Ouch.
And things don’t get easier tomorrow for the Habs, as the 10-6-0 Utah Mammoth come to town. However, that doesn’t matter to me, because I’m diverging from my typical moneyline best bets for tomorrow. Both of these teams are high-scoring clubs who also aren’t shy about allowing their opponents to score (that’s more a Utah problem than Montreal’s, however, as the Habs are in the upper half of the league in goals allowed).
The Utah Mammoth and the Montreal Canadiens over 6.5 goals is my best bet for Thursday.
