MMA Main Card Pick of the Week: UFC Vegas 123
UFC Fight Night: Moicano vs Nolan (aka UFC Vegas 123)
Start Time: 5:00 PM EDT
A “prospect loss” is a real thing – when an undefeated prospect hits a bump in the road and loses their first MMA bout unexpectedly. And that could be something the 13-0 Jacobe Smith learns about this Saturday in Las Vegas.
Twenty-eight-fight veteran Randy Brown is an immense step up in competition for Smith, made even more difficult considering ‘Cobe’ is taking this fight on less than a month’s notice. Brown’s incredible size advantage (five inches taller, six-inch reach advantage), well-rounded game, and veteran savvy could cash for us as a big dog this weekend.
