Surviving CJ: Circa Survivor Winner Live From Las Vegas | Bottom Line Bombs (Ep. 370)

Surviving CJ Circa Survivor Winner Live From Las Vegas

Surviving CJ Crowns His Circa Survivor Winner Live From Las Vegas

CJ Sullivan took Bottom Line Bombs on the road to Las Vegas for the biggest day of the year. The Bet Detective finally crowned his Circa Survivor partner live from Radio Row at Circa. After a full offseason of entries, the wait was finally over. More than fifty fans sent in videos to win a free ride on CJ’s contest entry. The prize is a real shot at chopping up twenty million dollars. First, though, CJ had to break some hearts, and he hated every second of it.

CJ admitted this was the toughest contest he has ever had to judge. He built Surviving CJ to give a regular fan a real shot at the big money. What he did not expect was how personal it would get for everyone involved. Grown adults poured their hearts into these entries all offseason long. Telling most of them no turned out to be the hardest part of the whole idea. Still, CJ pulled it off with the SGPN crowd riding shotgun the entire way.

Runner-up Dr. Molly the Hodge came on first to plead her case. She is a die-hard Chicago Bears fan with the most loyal crowd in the chat. CJ then handed her a consolation prize she could actually use. It was a Caleb Williams MVP ticket to match her Bears futures. Molly also brought her daughter’s lucky toy and cashed a thousand-dollar slot hit at Circa. She and CJ even floated a spin-off podcast called Bottom Line Broads. Somehow, second place never sounded so fun.

Finalist Brad Martin followed with his one-of-a-kind brand and his signature thumbs-up. The TCU grad has turned that pose into a true SGPN calling card. Brad is also a Cowboys fan who still rides hard for Dak Prescott. He likes Dallas to bounce back behind an elite offense this season. CJ then set him up with a gift tied to the infamous Jed York headline. Brad signed up for the Circa Millions rather than a survivor entry. He may not have won, but he left Vegas a real fan favorite.

Then CJ announced the champion, and Luke the Young Sharp got the call. Luke joined the show from a Greyhound bus that had pulled over at a Walmart. Only a Bottom Line Bombs winner accepts his crown roadside like that. His winning video laid out three keys to a perfect survivor player. He is also from Northern Virginia, the land CJ swears produces the best gamblers. Luke does not save teams, because he treats the NFL as a week-to-week league. He will pitch a pick every Thursday at a hundred and fifty percent confidence.

CJ then wrapped the Vegas trip with his College Football Week 0 bombs. He grabbed North Carolina and the points against Belichick’s revenge spot with TCU in Dublin. He also backed UNLV at home to handle Memphis on a raucous Saturday night. The whole show doubled as a plug for Circa’s survivor sign-up weekend. SGPN also spotlighted its Colombia earthquake relief effort for the Jose Maria school. Now the real season finally begins for CJ and Luke. Their partnership starts at week one with twenty million on the line.
