The Atlanta Dream were the team (rhymes like dimes) that snapped my heater the other day by not only failing to cover the spread against the lowly Portland Fire, but also losing to them at home. The Dream are turning into a nightmare.
The good news for the Los Angeles Sparks is that tomorrow night’s action is on the road instead of in La La Land, as the Sparks are only 5-7 at crypto.com Arena and 5-4 on the road. The bad news for the Sparks is that superstar Kelsey Plum remains sidelined with a leg injury.
So what does a guy do? A guy doesn’t give up on his Dream(s) and goes in on Atlanta at home, once again. My line is Atlanta -11, so the Dream on the spread is my best bet to kick off the week.
