Dallas Wings vs Connecticut Sun
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
Not only is the WNBA back in action tomorrow, but my favorite team to make money on this season, the Dallas Wings, are in action as well. Sitting with an 11-8 record, the Wings have already won more games this season than they have in the past two campaigns (9-31, 10-34).
And the advanced stats like Dallas even more than their 11-8 mark indicates, ranking them as the fourth best team in the WNBA, 4.70 points per game better than the “average” team. Yet, we keep getting playable spreads on Wings games, indicating that the books and the bettors haven’t caught up yet.
So, we’ll continue to take advantage of it. The Connecticut Sun is the worst team in the league, and while tomorrow night is technically a home game for them, they’ll be playing it in Hartford instead of their normal home base of Uncasville. Even giving the Sun the normal home court advantage I give to home teams, my line for Thursday is Dallas -10.5. I’ll take the Wings on the spread as my best bet for tomorrow.
