Interestingly, my data has brought me to make plays on Cedric Mullins multiple times this season. The Tampa Bay Rays center fielder, aside from one season in which he hit 31 homers, is not exactly a slugger.

But Mullins does hit Kansas City Royals starter Michael Wacha well, with two homers in 26 career at-bats and a 1.101 OPS.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs Minnesota Twins

Start Time: 7:40 PM EST

The Minnesota Twins’ Byron Buxton, however, is a slugger – when healthy. And the good news is he’s played in 66 of the Twins’ 68 games this season, so he’s been raking, with a league-best 24 homers.

And BB is going to add to that total tomorrow against the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers. Buxton has only faced tomorrow’s starter, Eric Lauer, seven times in his career, but he’s gone deep on him twice and has a 1.842 OPS.
