The WNBA has been good to me in the early goings of the season, and I expect that to continue tomorrow for the lone game on the Sunday slate. That’s because one of my cash cows from last season, the Golden State Valkyries, is in action.
The Valkyries surprised many by being competitive in their first season in the league last year, and the lines and bettors were late to get in on the action. So I had plenty of playable lines for most of the season. That is the case tomorrow as well, as the Valkyries host the defending champion Las Vegas Aces.
Despite the 5-2 Valkyries only being one game ahead of the 4-3 Aces, the advanced stats tell another story – the squad from The Bay has been the far better team. My line for tomorrow’s action is Golden State -11, so I’ll gladly take the Valkyries plus the points at home.
