The puck drops on the NHL’s Eastern Conference Finals tomorrow night, so let’s find a couple of goal scorers from it to make it a profitable night. For my NHL goal scorer parlay for Thursday (May 21st) NHL Predictions, we’re off to the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Let’s hit the ice!
NHL Goal Scorer Parlay For Thursday (May 21st): NHL Predictions
Montreal Canadiens vs Carolina Hurricanes
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
The Montreal Canadiens and the Carolina Hurricanes took two very distinct paths to the same place – the Eastern Conference Finals. The Habs needed every game possible – plus a Game 7 overtime – to get to the final four. The Hurricanes, meanwhile, have cruised to this point, going 8-0.
But, to the matter at hand – who’s going to score tomorrow night and win us some money? Let’s take a player from each team to light the lamp on Thursday.
Both teams are led in playoff scoring by two very unlikely sources, both with seven goals. So we’re adding both guys to our parlay and getting a very nice potential payout when it cashes.
Despite only scoring 13 times in 42 regular-season games – and never topping 15 in a season – Alex Newhook has seven goals in 14 playoff games for the Canadiens. The Hurricanes, meanwhile, are led by Logan Stankoven, who has seven goals in eight games. Let’s go with the two hot sticks and see if it hits.
