The one positive about losing my Vegas Golden Knights best bet on Wednesday is that, because of it, we’re surely getting a better number on them for Game 3, as the series shifts to the Ducks’ home rink in Anaheim. That’s good news because I’m going Ducks hunting once again tomorrow.
I don’t think Anaheim’s porous defense and goaltending (29th in the NHL in goals allowed this season) will continue to hold up against Vegas’s veteran attack. Only allowing four goals over the first two games of this series is not the Ducks team we’ve seen this season.
And the Golden Knights’ offense was clicking against the Utah Mammoth last round, scoring five goals in three straight games against the Mammoth, all wins. Let’s go with the Vegas Golden Knights on the moneyline on the road as our best bet for Friday.
