Dallas Stars vs Minnesota Wild
Start Time: 5:30 PM EST
I was on the wrong side of this Western Conference First Round series for Game 3, as the Dallas Stars stole an overtime win from the Minnesota Wild in their home barn. Now the Wild will look to even up the series before it moves back to the Big D for Game 5.
And, like for Game 3, I’m predicting Minnesota will handle their business on their home ice. The Wild were one of the strongest teams at home in the NHL this regular season, so the Stars getting another win in this series in the Twin Cities would be out of the ordinary (even though Dallas was the league’s second-best road team this season).
I’ll take the Wild on a very reasonable moneyline to avenge their Game 3 loss and make this a Best of Three series as the action heads back to Dallas.
