I whiffed on my submission prop play last week at UFC Winnipeg, but I’m going back to that well again this week at the Meta APEX. That’s because women’s bantamweight Michelle Montague is a submission machine.
The New Zealander is facing former title challenger Mayra Buena Silva on Saturday’s prelims, and MBS has totally lost the plot, dropping her last four fights and looking lost in the cage. Look for Montague to use her size and strength advantage to take her Brazilian foe down and tap her out (six of Montague’s seven professional wins have come via submission).
