I’m going with a UFC newcomer for my best bet tomorrow, taking Cezary Oleksiejczuk to be triumphant in his UFC debut against Cesar Almeida. The 25-year-old Polish fighter joins his brother Michal in the promotion after winning a contract on this past season of Dana White’s Contender Series.
Oleksiejczuk is a quick and explosive striker who has won four straight fights via TKO. Twelve years younger than Almeida, Oleksiejczuk should be the faster fighter in this matchup and will also have a slight size advantage. A wild card here could be the grappling, as Oleksiejczuk definitely will be the better grappler if he decides to go that route against the kickboxing Brazilian.
