Philadelphia 76ers vs Utah Jazz

Start Time – 9:30 PM EST

The Philadelphia 76ers are coming off the biggest win of their season, beating the defending champion Boston Celtics – in Boston, no less – on Christmas Day. Having to follow that up by playing a road game in Utah on Saturday is going to be a big letdown.

Plus, Joel Embiid is questionable for tomorrow’s game due to multiple injuries. Utah is a crummy team, make no mistake about that, but they hold the best home-court advantage, historically, in the league. Philly should only be about a half-a-point favorite tomorrow.

Dallas Mavericks vs Portland Trail Blazers

Start Time – 10:00 PM EST

The bad news for the Dallas Mavericks? Luka Doncic is out for at least a month. The good news? They are 6-2 without their superstar this season. And more good news – they have the Portland Trail Blazers on the schedule tomorrow.

Dallas just spanked Portland by 24 points this past Monday, so they should have some wiggle room to work with here missing Doncic. Dallas -8.5 would be my line based on both team’s performances this season.
