Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – May 12
Tyrese Haliburton – Higher than 2.5 Blocks + Steals (Spicy Play)
Tyrese Haliburton has finally turned up for the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference semifinals, having big performances in the past two games. Now I’m getting in on a spicy play (1.1x payout) for Game 4.
And it’s a Haliburton defensive stat play, which you wouldn’t expect from him. Haliburton registering higher than 2.5 blocks plus steals normally would be too high of a bar for him to clear. However, he’s done it in every game this series against the New York Knicks. Let’s hope he can do it again on Sunday.
Pascal Siakam – Lower than 11.5 Rebounds + Assists
I’ll counterbalance a positive play on Tyrese Haliburton with a negative one on his teammate, Pascal Siakam. Siakam had a scoring breakout last game, so I’ll shy away from fading his points and instead will zero in on his rebounds plus assists.
Lower than 11.5 rebounds plus assists, to be specific. Siakam averaged 11.4 in the regular season and is averaging 12.0 in the playoffs. However, he’s been lower than 11.5 in five straight games.
Nikola Jokic – Lower than 49.5 Pts + Rebs + Asts
I’m playing with fire and taking a lower play on Nikola Jokic in a must-win Game 4 for the Denver Nuggets. He can still have a big game, just not too big.
‘The Joker’ has been lower than 49.5 points plus rebounds plus assists in every game this series against the Minnesota Timberwolves. There’s no reason why he can’t be lower again tomorrow.
