Los Angeles Angels vs Boston Red Sox

I swung and missed on my MLB total for Friday, but I’m stepping back up to the plate with another one for Sunday. Enough baseball puns – let’s get to it.

I don’t see the Los Angeles Angels and the Boston Red Sox combining for double digits on Sunday. They’re both average offensive teams, with the Angels averaging 4.3 runs per game and the Red Sox 4.1. That adds up to less than 9.5, by my math. They’ve combined for less than eight over their last five games, and have been under 9.5 runs in the first two games of this series (seven and nine, respectively). Plus, the visitor’s starting pitcher on Sunday, Tyler Anderson, has yet to yield a run this season.
