NBA Picks April 4th
Sacramento Kings vs. New York Knicks
Tipoff – 7:30 pm EST
Spread: Knicks -3
Total: 215
Let’s take a stab at a road dog to kick things off on Thursday. The Sacramento Kings and the New York Knicks are both teams ravaged by injuries. However, despite this, the Kings have won two straight games and three of five, while the Knicks have dropped three straight.
The Knicks could be without Josh Hart and Mitchell Robinson tomorrow on top of Julius Randle and OG Anunoby. This is getting to be too much for the Knicks to continue to be successful. The Kings +3 is the play. Plus, despite the injuries I think this total is set too low, so let’s sprinkle a bit on the over.
Best Bet: Kings +3 (-110); Kings/Knicks Over 215 (-110)
Golden State Warriors vs. Houston Rockets
Tipoff – 8:00 pm EST
Spread: Warriors -3
Total: 226.5
This game is still pretty important, but not as much so now that the Golden State Warriors have won four straight games. They now hold a three-game lead over the Houston Rockets for the last spot in the play-in.
But it’s the total in this game that I’m most interested in. The way these two teams are playing currently, 226.5 points is too high of a total for tomorrow night. I wouldn’t be surprised if this game doesn’t get into the 220s.
Best Bet: Warriors/Rockets Under 226.5 (-110)
