NBA Picks April 2nd
Los Angeles Clippers vs. Sacramento Kings

Spread: Clippers -2

The Sacramento Kings and their fans can’t have nice things. So it can’t come as a complete shock that disaster has struck the team, with injuries sidelining Kevin Huerter and Malik Monk probably for the rest of the season.
So I really like the line we’re getting on the Los Angeles Clippers when they visit Cowtown on Tuesday night. Even healthy Sacramento is barely above average at home, while the Clippers are the third-best team in the NBA on the road. Clippers -2 looks like a steal. And, especially given the injuries, I think the total for this is too high – I don’t think it gets past the mid-210s.
Best Bet: Clippers -2 (-110); Clippers/Kings Over 223 (-110)
Dallas Mavericks vs. Golden State Warriors
Tipoff – 10:00 pm EST
Spread: Warriors -2
Total: 235.5
Here’s another line I’m confused about and will take full advantage of – the Dallas Mavericks +2 facing the Golden State Warriors.
The Warriors are crummy at home this season, so I don’t get why they’re favored here. They’re actually better on the road than at the Chase Center this season. And the Dallas Mavericks are the sixth-best road team in the NBA this season, and are winners of seven straight games and 11 of their last 12. I’m slightly leaning to the under, but no official play on the total.
Best Bet: Mavericks +2 (-110)
