NBA Picks March 27th
Golden State Warriors vs. Orlando Magic

Hmmm – I don’t get this line. Am I missing something? Why are the Orlando Magic only a three-point favorite at home against the Golden State Warriors, who are also playing Tuesday night on the road?
So a struggling Warriors team on a back-to-back facing one of the league’s best home teams (25-10, sixth best in the NBA at home) who aren’t playing on back-to-back nights. Plus, the Magic have won three of their last four games in the Kia Center. Orlando minus three is the play to make, and I’m hammering the Over – this game should get into the mid-220s.
Best Bet: Orlando -3 (-110); Warriors/Magic Over 217.5 (-110)
New York Knicks vs. Toronto Raptors
Tipoff – 7:30 pm EST
Spread: Knicks -12
Total: 209.5
The Toronto Raptors have packed it in for the season. With most of their key players out of action, the team has lost 11 straight games and has won one game in their last 14. They have one win in March – one!
And they aren’t just losing, they are getting trounced, with four of those losses being higher than the 12 points they are being spotted on Wednesday night. Despite having injury woes themselves, the Knicks are still playing pretty dominant basketball, winning their last two games by 25 and 12 points. The Knicks cover the 12-point spread for us. I think I’ll pass on the Total here – it’s probably pretty close to correct.
Best Bet: Knicks -12 (-111)
