Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – March 21
Brandon Ingram – Lower than 18.5 Points
Brandon Ingram’s scoring has been all over the place lately, but mostly it’s been down. He’s averaging 21.0 ppg for the season, but he’s only putting 17 points up on the board per game in March.
He’s only topped this 18.5-point projection once in his last three games and twice in his last seven games. And he’s up against the Orlando Magic tomorrow, who have the third-best defense in the NBA. Lower than 18.5 points it is then.
Zion Williamson – Higher than 23.5 Points
Orlando may have an elite defense, but nobody is stopping Zion Williamson the way he is currently playing. Zion Williamson laughs at this 23.5-point projection.
The New Orleans star has topped 23.5 points in five straight games. He’s averaging 24.4 ppg this month, and I think he at least gets 24 for us tomorrow night in Orlando.
DeMar DeRozan – Higher than 4.5 Rebounds
Finally, let’s make a play on DeMar DeRozan. However, it’s not on points – let’s go higher than 4.5 rebounds for the Chicago Bulls veteran.
DeRozan only averages 4.3 rpg for the season, but he’s been crashing the boards lately for the kinda surging Bulls. He’s grabbed at least five rebounds in three of his last four games, and six of his last eight games. See – told you he’s been hitting the glass lately.
