Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Washington Wizards

The Minnesota Timberwolves are reeling, despite Karl-Anthony Towns’s franchise record 62 points in their last game. He actually got himself benched late in that game as Charlotte roared back and beat the Wolves. Knowing all of this, how can you take the Wolves -11 on the road in their next game? Even against the Washington Wizards. The home team covers on Wednesday for us in the capital. No play on the total.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. San Antonio Spurs
Tipoff – 9:30 pm EST
Spread: Thunder -7.5
Total: 241.0
The San Antonio Spurs were on the business end of Joel Embiid’s career night on Monday, getting lit up for 70 points by the reigning MVP. Now back home, things aren’t going to get much better. I think 7.5 points is too close of a line for two teams this far apart in terms of talent, so I’m taking the Oklahoma City Thunder on the road, -7.5. And I’m pegging this game to end in the mid-230s, so I’m taking the Under.
