Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – December 17
Derrick White – Higher than 14.5 Points
Orlando might be one of the best defensive teams in the league right now, but White has been clearing this projection without too many issues as of late. In fact, he’s come up short of this number just once in the month of December. That happened to be by just half a point. This may be a stingy game when it comes to points. Still, this projection should be in the clear.
Devin Vassell – Higher than 7.5 Rebounds + Assists
There’s not really much to say on this one outside of the fact that Vassell has nearly been clearing this mark just with his rebounds lately. He’s had either five or six boards in each of the last three games. That means he’ll only need an assist or two in order to clear this number, and that shouldn’t be a problem for him here.
Tyus Jones – Lower than 11.5 Points
The number on Tyus Jones might be inflated a bit thanks to his recent, out of character triple-double. However, he’s come up well short of this projection in every other game lately. Even in that big performance, he was only 1.5 points ahead of that mark. Phoenix is a middle of the pack defensive team. If anyone takes advantage of that, it likely won’t be Jones.
