Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – November 30

Shaedon Sharpe – Lower than 14.5 Points

Shame on me for fading a fellow Canadian, but I think Shaedon Sharpe will score lower than 14.5 points tomorrow at Cleveland. The second-year guard has only topped this number once in his last five games, and is shooting under 40% from the field for the season. While the Cavaliers’ defense isn’t at the level that it was last season (yet), it is still above average – another factor why I’m taking the lower here.

Evan Mobley – Higher than 0.5 Double-Doubles

Much has been made about Evan Mobley’s perceived lack of progress, but he actually is quietly having the best season of his young career. This goes for his rebounding as well. He’s averaging a career-high 16.3 ppg (0.1 more than last season) and 10.9 rpg (up from 9.0 last season). He’s registered back-to-back double-doubles, and eight in his last nine games. Plus, Portland is rotten on the boards.

Victor Wembanyama – Lower than 0.5 Double-Doubles

We’ll finish off with another double-double play, this time taking the lower on Victor Wembanyama getting a double-double on Thursday against Atlanta. The Hawks are the third-best team in the NBA crashing the offensive glass, so I think the San Antonio rookie will have some chances for rebounds snatched away from him. Plus, here are his rebounding numbers over his last six games: nine, 13, three, 15, nine, 11. This means he’s due for single-digit boards tomorrow.
