We have a rare busy Thursday in the NBA tomorrow, with nine games on the docket rather than the normal two. That gives us plenty of games to sort through to find the best betting angles. Here are my NBA picks for November 30th.

NBA Picks November 30th
Portland Trail Blazers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
Tipoff – 7:00 pm EST
Spread: Cavaliers -12
Total: 218.5 221
The Cleveland Cavaliers have been mediocre inside the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse this season, only going 5-5 thus far. However, they have won two straight at home, most recently spanking the Atlanta Hawks by 23 points, so maybe they’re getting it together. Despite winning two of their last five, the Portland Trail Blazers at no point this season will be getting it together. However, at 3-7, they are actually a tiny bit better on the road than at home. But I don’t think they can cover the spread here. And I expect the total to get into the 220s, so I’m going Over.
Best Bet: Cavaliers -12 (-109), Trail Blazers/Cavaliers Over 233 (-109)
Indiana Pacers vs. Miami Heat
Tipoff – 7:30 pm EST
Spread: Heat -2
Total: 239.5
The offensive juggernaut that is the 2023/24 Indiana Pacers take their scoreboard-busting show on the road to Miami on Thursday night to face the beat-up Heat. The home team will be missing Tyler Herro for sure, and Jimmy Butler possibly, for tomorrow’s game. So I’m going to go with the road dogs here, the Pacers, who are a solid 3-2 away from home this season. However, Miami has a good defense and I think 239.5 is too high of a total, so I’m taking the Under.
Best Bets: Pacers +2 (-110), Pacers/Heat Under 239.5 (-110)
