Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – November 17
Julius Randle – Higher than 23.5 Points
Julius Randle started off ice cold, but he’s back to his old self for the Knicks, scoring 27, 23, 23, 25, and 29 points over his last five games. Now he gets to go against the NBA’s worst defense, the Washington Wizards, on Friday night. That should be a recipe for 24 points or more (the only concern is if the Knicks get out to such a huge lead that Randle sits out significant minutes at the end).
Jordan Poole – Lower than 16.5 Points
Let’s stick in Washington and go to the home team’s roster and pick out Jordan Poole to go lower than 16.5 points. He’s getting plenty of shots up (actually less than expected heading into the season – 15/game), but the ball is not finding the bottom of the net. He hasn’t topped 16.5 points in five straight games, and tomorrow he faces the league’s top defense in the Knicks.
Cade Cunningham – Lower than 20.5 Points
Cade Cunningham is averaging 21.3 points this season, but he’s stunk up the joint over his last two games. He scored 10 and nine points in those games and shot 8-33. He’s up against the Cavaliers tomorrow, who have disappointed a bit this season but normally have a rock-solid defense. I see them locking Cunningham up tomorrow.
