Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – November 14
Jalen Williams – Higher than 16.5 Points
Jalen Williams had been flirting with this projection for a few games. He had 15 and 14 in back-to-back games, which fell just short. Then, he really opened up with his scoring. Sunday, he ripped the Suns apart for 31 points, blowing this number out of the water. We can choose to write that game off as an anomaly, but even so, he was already close to this number prior. Plus, he’ll be up against the Spurs, who are giving up more points per game than any team in the league.
Bam Adebayo – Higher than 23.5 Points
Throw Bam Adebayo in as another guy with a comically low points projection for Tuesday. He has three straight games with more than 23.5 points and seems to be getting a larger share of the Heat’s offense lately.
Similar to Williams, he also has the benefit of a great matchup on Tuesday. Charlotte is giving up 123.1 points per game, which is good for 28th in the league. They’ve actually been a touch worse in the last few games – 126 points per over the last three.
Jaren Jackson Jr – Lower than 29.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
I feel like I’m bagging on Jackson lately – snagging all of his lower-than-projections. However, he’s not gone higher than four rebounds in any of his last three games. He also hasn’t gone higher than two assists in the last three. With those as the ceiling, we’d have to see him go for 24 points to go higher than. He’s done that in just 40% of his games and didn’t in either of the last two.
