Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – November 12
Nikola Vucevic – Lower than 11.5 Rebounds
I’ve always been a supporter of Nikola Vucevic and his ability to grab the boards, However, he just simply hasn’t been putting up numbers as of late. In his last three games, he’s averaging just seven rebounds per game, which certainly isn’t inspiring for this projection. Detroit is also top five in limiting opponents’ rebounds, which should make this even harder.
Jaren Jackson – Lower than 9.0 Rebounds and Assists
Over the last couple games, Jackson hasn’t even sniffed this projection. He went for only four rebounds in each of the last two contests and only two assists in each of those as well. He seems to have an eye for scoring this year and isn’t distributing like he was prior, nor is he grabbing the boards.
If that alone isn’t enough for you to hate this spot on Jackson, check out the defensive numbers for the Clippers. They’re 6th in the league in limiting rebounds and 11th in the league in limiting assists.
Jerami Grant – Higher than 24.5 Points
Grant has been tearing up the scoring this season. With Damian Lillard out in Portland, he’s seemingly grabbed the mantle as one of the Blazers’ biggest scorers. He’s easily cleared this projection in three straight games. If that’s not enough to love this spot, then add in that the Lakers are giving up over 116 points per game (good for 22nd in the NBA).
