We went from no NBA games on Tuesday to a 14-game slate on Wednesday to only two games on Thursday. Feast or famine in the NBA this week. We’re going to make the best of his slim slate and make some money on the two games we’ve got – Bucks vs Pacers and Hawks vs Magic. Here are my NBA picks for November 9th.

NBA Picks November 9th
Milwaukee Bucks vs. Indiana Pacers
Tipoff – 7:00 pm EST
Spread: Bucks -3.5
Total: 242.5
It’s a rarer occasion this year in the NBA, but this game will be the second night of a back-to-back for the two teams. However, the key difference is that the Pacers are at home for both games, while Milwaukee played in Detroit on Wednesday night. Indiana has low-key been kinda good this year, leading the NBA in points per game and ranking second in offensive rating. The Bucks, meanwhile, have a porous defensive, ranking 25th in points allowed per game and 27th in defensive rating. While 242.5 is a high total, the Pacers have topped 150 by themselves in a game twice this season already.
Best Bet: Bucks/Pacers Over 242.5 (-110)
Atlanta Hawks vs. Orlando Magic
Tipoff – 9:30 pm EST
Spread: Hawks -1.5
Total: 233
The Hawks and the Magic are the lone teams not playing on Wednesday, so we should see some fresh legs in this game. That is if it was being played in Orlando or Atlanta. Instead, it’s being contested in the Mexico City Arena, in one of the highest-elevated major cities in the world, Mexico City, Mexico. We could have some tired legs and screaming lungs on Thursday. Plus, Orlando doesn’t score much and has one of the league’s top defenses this season. This game screams Under.
Best Bet: Hawks/Magic Under 233 (-110)
