What a way to start off the month of March with a full slate in the NBA. Nine games on the board so plenty of opportunities to make some extra cash. Let’s take a look at my favorite NBA player prop best bets for today’s NBA slate.
NBA Player Prop Best Bets:
Mikal Bridges Over 19.5 Points
Going back to the well with my guy Brooklyn Bridges! I think this is a good bounce-back spot for him against the Knicks. Last time out against them he finished with only seven points shooting two for eight from the field.
Since that off game against the Knicks, he has tallied up 24, 31, and 45 points. Bridges has gone over this prop in eight of his last 10 games as well as averaging 23.6 points per game during that stretch. The Nets are struggling right now so look for Bridges to step up and have a big game. I like Brooklyn Bridges to go over 19.5 points for my first player prop.
Jayson Tatum Over 2.5 Turnovers
Let’s take a look at Celtics star Jayson Tatum. This has been another prop that I’ve been monitoring and have a ton of success backing. We are going over on Tatum’s turnover prop. Now, there is no denying how good Tatum is but one area we can take advantage of and make some money with is his turnovers.
Tatum averages 3 turnovers per game on the season while going over this number in eight straight games. I think going up against the Cavs might not be the best thing for Tatum at the moment. The last time he faced the Cavs he recorded five turnovers. The more Tatum has the ball the more likely he is to turn over the ball. Let’s make it nine straight games.
Franz Wagner Over 1.5 3pt M
I have been very impressed by the improvement of Franz Wager this season. He’s more confident shooting the basketball and can still grab you some boards if needed. I think Wagner has a tough matchup tonight against the Bucks who play good defense.
Wager in the month of February shot 35.3% from behind the arch which was a down month for him. Last 30 games for Wagner he’s gone over this prop 19 times, hitting at a 64% rate. He’s gone over this prop in five straight and the last time he faced the Bucks he hit two threes. Let’s keep it rolling and make it six straight games.
Jimmy Butler Over 21.5 Points
Jimmy Buckets! Isn’t that what they used to call him? Who knows anymore? Let’s take a look at Jimmy Butler’s point prop. Butler is averaging 21.9 points on the season just a tad over his point prop for tonight. The Heat and 76ers just faced off in an intense game a few days ago where Butler dropped 23 points in a two-point win.
Coming back home to the 305 has been much better for Butler and the Heat this season. With Kyle Lowry out of the fold, I expect Butler to have a big impact on tonight’s game shooting the ball. Butler is shooting 51.7% from the field on the season but against the 76ers last game he shot an amazing 64.3% from the field. Last five games, Butler has gone over this prop 4 times. Expect another big game from Jimmy Buckets.
