NBA Finals Game 2 Player Props

Danny Green Over 9.5 Points + Assists (Over = 100 Points /Under = 100 Points)

We can all agree that prior to Wednesday’s game, Danny Green was having a subpar postseason. However, it seems Green just activates when the NBA Finals start. In Game 1, he recorded 11 points, on 3-8 shooting from beyond the arc, with one assist. In his career, Green has played in 140 playoff games, averaging 8.2 points and 1.2 assists.

If the Lakers are going to win tonight, Danny Green has knock down his three-point shots. I fully expect him to be locked in and fly over the number of points and assist combined.

Rajon Rondo Over 8.5 Points (Over = 95 Points/Under = 105 Points)

Rondo came into the NBA Finals averaging 9.1 points per game and, shockingly, has been one of the best three point shooters for the Lakers at 41.2%. In Game 1, he logged just 7 points, but I expect him to have a bounce back game to take some of the scoring pressure off of LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Anthony Davis Under 10.5 Rebounds (Over = 105 Points/Under = 95 Points)

AD has not been spectacular on the rebounding side of things. He’s averaging 9.1 rebounds per game in the postseason so far. He did a fantastic rebounding series against the small-ball Rockets and Blazers, who overall lack size inside the paint.

Also, LeBron was averaging 10.3 rebounds per game in the postseason prior to Game 1. Having to share the rebounds with his fellow All Star has tainted Davis’s rebounding numbers a bit and I expect that not to change.

Duncan Robinson Over 15.5 Points & Rebounds (Over = 100 Points/Under = 100 Points)

Robinson was held scoreless in Game 1. He logged 27 minutes and went 0-3 from beyond the three point line. In the postseason thus far, when Robinson has scored less than 10 points, he has responded in a big way in the following game.

Prior to the NBA Finals, DR was held to less 10 points in seven postseason games. In those games that follow, Robinson averaged 15 points. He is also averaging close to three rebounds per game in the postseason. With the injury to Dragic and his status doubtful for Game 2, Robinson will have to be one of the guys to step up in his absence.

Jimmy Butler Over 7.5 Rebounds (Over = 110 Points/Under = 90 Points)

Jimmy Butler is one of the most competitive guys in the league. I fully expect him to have an imprint in the game on both ends.

The Heat will need to rebound the ball better than they did in Game 1. They were out-rebounded by 22. Butler is averaging 5.5 rebounds in the postseason, but more opportunities will be there since they will likely be without Bam Adebayo, who averages 10.2 rebounds per game, and Dragic, who averages 4 rebounds per game.
