The College Football season has flown by in 2026! We’re already into the eighth week of action on the field. One of the most fun ways to get down on these exciting games each week is through the player props. Few things are as fun as identifying a player’s strength in the right spot and calling our shot on them to outperform their number. Let’s step into the CFB prop shop and make our College Football player prop selections for Week 7.
It’s been a strong couple of weeks for the article, hitting six of the eight player props the last two weeks. We’ve only missed on the two by mere yards! We’re dialed in and feeling good in the players we are backing.
DJ Miller Over 31.5 Receiving Yards (-116)
Kentucky wide receiver DJ Miller has missed some time this season while battling a leg injury. Luckily for the Wildcats, he was fully healthy last week, and he’s back at it again this week. I love Kentucky to go into Norman and give the Sooners their business on Saturday, as I wrote about in this week’s College Football Upset Parlay article. Miller will be a huge part of that game plan.
He’s been massively productive in the two games he has played this year, both big upset wins. Against Texas A&M at Kyle Field, he had five catches for 96 yards. Last week, as they took down #10 LSU, Miller caught four more passes for 54 yards. Last year in a big game against #17 Tennessee, he racked up 120 yards on just five catches. Miller is dangerous with the ball in his hands, and he’ll be needed against the Sooners this week.
Nate Roberts Over 16.5 Receiving Yards (-117)
Indiana’s biggest weakness this season has been against the big tight ends. We called this out last week as we took Nebraska’s Luke Lindemeyer to top his yards against them last week. Lindemeyer easily surpassed his total, and it was on the heels of Northwestern exploiting the matchup big time. The Wildcats tight end Luke Dehnicke racked up seven catches for a staggering 140 yards against the Hoosiers.
Enter Nate Roberts, the 6’5” 240lbs Sophomore Buckeyes tight end. Roberts has that big-play ability in him. Last week against Maryland, he had just one catch, but it went for 68 yards. He’s hit this total in three of the last five Buckeyes games. It may only take one play for him to cash the over, and he’s the player whose ladder I’ll be riding this week. You can get him over 59.5 yards at +1040.
Cam Pickett Over 35.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
Next up, the Sunflower Showdown in Kansas as the Jayhawks visit Manhattan, Kansas, and their in-state rivals, the Kansas State Wildcats. Kansas Senior wide receiver Cam Pickett is coming off a huge game in the Jayhawks’ loss to the Utes of Utah. Pickett caught eight passes for 134 yards. The week before, against Middle Tennessee, he went for an additional 49 yards.
Kansas State’s secondary hasn’t been terrible against the pass this season, but we only need 36 yards here. Last week three Houston Cougars crossed that number. Last year in this matchup, Pickett went for 40 yards in his first season with Kansas. Look for him to top that this week.
Anthony Colandrea Over 33.5 Rushing Yards (-118)
Nebraska heads to Eugene this week in a big matchup against the Oregon Ducks. The Huskers came so close to taking down Indiana last week and have a great opportunity to win this week. They’ll likely face their old quarterback, Temu Patrick Mahomes, Dylan Raiola. Their new and improved quarterback has one major skill that Raiola didn’t have. Running the ball. Nebraska’s goal in this game will be to run the ball down the throats of the Ducks.
Colandrea has been lights out with his legs this season, and the only game he hasn’t gone over this total was an easy win against North Dakota, where the Huskers just didn’t need him to run. Last week against Indiana, Colandrea racked up 47 yards, and against Maryland he dashed for 108 yards on the ground. He isn’t scared to tuck and run when the opportunity presents itself, and he’s a shifty runner.
