Football Pick of the Day (September 30th): NFL Week 4 Spread Pick
Pittsburgh Steelers vs Cleveland Browns

We hit on our most recent spread play – and actually could have just taken the underdog moneyline – on Monday. Now we’re looking to build on that momentum with some Thursday Night Football action.
The Browns come in here with one of the closer lines we’ve seen from them. They are just 2.5-point underdogs thanks to a couple of factors. They have won two straight games, knocking off the Buccaneers and the Panthers in consecutive weeks. Also, they are at home in a short week, which has the books closer to being on their side than they have been in some time.
Despite that, there are still a lot of reasons to worry about this team. They have next to no running game to speak of. Their leading rusher, Quinshon Judkins, is putting up just 41.3 rushing yards per game. Deshaun Watson hasn’t been lighting it up through the air either.
If the Browns are going to keep this close, they’re going to have to match the firepower of the Steelers. They’re fresh off a week where they hung 30 points on the Bengals. They did that with a balanced attack. Aaron Rodgers put up 292 in the air and Jaylen Warren pounded out 127 yards on the ground. With that kind of attack, it’s hard to imagine this Cleveland squad keeping pace.
