Vegas Golden Knights vs Utah Mammoth
Start Time: 9:30 PM EST
Tomorrow is an interesting day to be betting on the NHL Playoffs, as not only are all three series in action tied at a game apiece, but all three road teams are favored on Friday, as well. So, do we go with a home dog or with a road favorite?
I’m going conservative and taking a road favorite, albeit a very slight favorite. That would be the Vegas Golden Knights, who head to “The Crossroads of the West” (apparently that’s Salt Lake City’s nickname), to face the Utah Mammoth.
It’s not particularly surprising that this series is deadlocked, as at least on paper, these are two very similar teams. And the first two games speak to that, with Vegas only outscoring Utah by one goal.
With the Mammoth only being an average home team, and the Golden Knights being an above-average road one (including a win in Utah in the regular season), let’s go with Vegas as a tiny favorite.
