Daily NBA Player Props – March 30th
Bronny James – Under 6.5 Points (-108)
I know the Lakers will be without Luka Doncic in this one, and that should open up additional scoring opportunities, but I actually think this hurts Bronny’s chances. Firstly, he’s likely to only get a ton of burn in a blowout. While the Wizards are not good, the Lakers missing Doncic should have a harder time getting a huge lead. Also, while James has seen an increase in minutes, he’s not really seeing much of an increase in points. He’s 3-31 against this line on the season and hasn’t hit the over in any of his last five games.
Collin Gillespie – Over 2.5 Three-Pointers (-131)
Gillespie went ice cold last time out, missing all eight attempts that he had from beyond the arc. Despite being cold, he kept getting the attempts that he would otherwise need to make this projection. Although that marked the second straight game where he came in under, he is still 4-2 over his last six games against this prop. With the Grizzlies ranking 26th in the league in three-pointers allowed per game, Gillespie should again have the chances.
Evan Mobley – Over 9.5 Rebounds (+102)
Mobley might be the player with the best matchup when it comes to their prop. The Jazz and their absolutely decimated front court host the Cavaliers on Monday. They’re without rebounding threats Jaren Jackson Jr., Isaiah Collier, Lauri Markkanen, and Jusuf Nurkic. With those guys all out, it is pretty much just Evan Mobley fighting with Kyle Filipowski for extra boards. With a 5-4 record against this prop in his last nine and an easy matchup here, he should be able to clear it relatively easy.
