Boston Celtics vs Charlotte Hornets
Start Time – 6:00 PM EST
I know I’ve been preaching that the Charlotte Hornets are actually kinda good and you should bet on them, but I’m flipping the script tomorrow. You’ve got to be flexible when gambling.
However, my Boston Celtics play is contingent on Jayson Tatum and/or Derrick White and/or Jaylen Brown playing on Sunday night. Currently, they are all listed as questionable with various maladies. My line is Boston -1, so I’ll take the Celtics as a live road dog on Sunday.
Best Bet: Boston + 2.5 (-110)
Houston Rockets vs New Orleans Pelicans
Start Time – 7:00 PM EST
The downside of getting these NBA picks out the night before is what I was just speaking of – the uncertainty of certain players’ playing status. As with the Celtics above, that is the case with the New Orleans Pelicans as they host the Houston Rockets on Sunday evening.
Dejounte Murray and Trey Murphy III are both questionable for tomorrow night, so I’m only tentatively going with the Pels. My line is Houston -4, so the Pelicans as a home dog is the play.
