How Many Bets Is Too Many Bets? Asking for a Friend | Stephie Smalls Show 2.5.26

MYBOOKIE BONUS

Super Bowl LX week brings out two types of people: the “just give me the spread” crowd and the absolute lunatics who want to bet on everything short of the Gatorade guy’s Fitbit. Naturally, I fall into category two. Enter Ryan Kramer, who joined me to break down Seahawks vs Patriots props with the perfect blend of research, chaos, and “should we really be allowed to bet this?”

We hit novelty props early, including my personal favorite: total Super Bowl yards versus total ICE arrests on Super Bowl Sunday. I still can’t believe this is a real market, but Kramer came armed with data, dashboards, and the confidence of a man who has absolutely thought this through. We also tackled anthem-related bets, including Brandi Carlile’s “America the Beautiful” under, which somehow turned into a masterclass on timing, Seahawks history, and why singers do not care about your over.

From there, we got responsibly irresponsible with player props. Kenneth Walker, Jelani, Cooper Kupp, Rashid Shaheed, Stefon Diggs—if there was a way to bet them, we probably discussed it. Longest receptions, first catches, race-to-yardage bets, anytime touchdowns, and yes, first TD longshots that made us say, “Wait… that might actually hit.”

We wrapped with an Underdog slip, a Seahawks -14.5 best bet that made people uncomfortable (which I love), and a defensive sack longshot because Super Bowls deserve spice. If you like your Super Bowl analysis sharp, funny, and just a little bit unhinged—this episode was for you.
