Football Pick of the Day (November 3rd): NFL Week 9 Spread Pick
Jacksonville Jaguars vs Baltimore Ravens
8:15pm – Thursday – November 5th
There is almost no line I would comfortably expect the Ravens to cover on Thursday. Despite being at home on Thursday, there is just too much going against them.
Firstly, they are on to the third string quarterback. With Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley both going down with injuries on Sunday, Joe Fagnano did not look the part. He went 10-of-21 for just 91 yards and threw an interception as well. Now, the undrafted rookie out of UConn has a short week to prepare against a team that is in the top three in interceptions.
If that’s not enough of a reason to back Jacksonville laying the points, consider how potent their own offense has been. They have scored 73 points over their last two games and Trevor Lawrence has tossed seven touchdowns. That should be plenty to win this one by more than one score.
