New Orleans Pelicans vs Orlando Magic
Start Time – 3:00 PM EST
While Franz Wagner remains out for the banged-up Orlando Magic, his brother Mo will make his season debut for the team tomorrow. But the Magic are only playing the New Orleans Pelicans, so his return isn’t super necessary.
That’s because the Pelicans stink, especially on the road, where they are 3-14. So I really don’t understand the favorable spread we’re getting tomrorow. My line is Orlando -11, so we’re getting a good line on them at the books.
Best Bet: Orlando -6.5 (-110)
San Antonio Spurs vs Minnesota Timberwolves
Start Time – 7:00 PM EST
The San Antonio Spurs mushed one of my bets on Saturday night, so if you can’t beat them, join them. Despite being the second night of a road back-to-back, I like the number we’re getting on the Spurs tomorrow when they face the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Wolves are strong at home (14-6), but the Spurs are almost as strong on the road (13-6). My number crunching has brought me to the line of San Antonio -3.5, so I’m liking the Spurs plus the points.
