After a slow start, I’ve finally heated up on my NFL picks, going 8-5 in Week 10. I need some winners on my daily best bets, so this is just in time. For my best bet for Thursday, November 13th: NFL Predictions, we’re off to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, for Thursday Night Football. Let’s get this money!
Best Bet For Thursday (November 13th): NFL Predictions
New York Jets vs New England Patriots
Start Time: 8:15 PM EST
So that’s it?! After only two seasons of bottoming out, the New England Patriots are once again an elite NFL team?! Currently sitting atop the league with an 8-2 record, it appears so. Not bad for a team projected for 8.5 wins heading into the season.
But at least we can take solace in the fact that the New York Jets are still the New York Jets. They haven’t enjoyed an 8+ win season in a decade. And with only two wins through their first nine games this season, this year doesn’t look like the one that will snap that skid for them. But they did win their last two games, so there’s that.
So the Patriots are going to win this game tomorrow in Foxborough. But will they cover the spread: that is the question. The fact that the Jets are on a ‘hot streak’ and have kept it close in their recent losses gives me pause. But my line is New England -14, so I’ll take the Patriots on the spread.
