Detroit Pistons vs Washington Wizards
Start Time – 7:00 PM EST
It was hoped that the Detroit Pistons would continue their evolution and ascent up the standings this season, and that has come true, as Motown’s finest are 8-2 and among the top teams in the Eastern Conference.
And the Washington Wizards are the Washington Wizards. Despite this being the second night of a road back-to-back, I still have this game lined up as Detroit -18, so the Pistons are the play.
Best Bet: Detroit -12.5 (-105)
Cleveland Cavaliers vs Miami Heat
Start Time – 7:30 PM EST
The Miami Heat are having a surprisingly hot start to the season, despite Tyler Herro having yet to suit up for a game. This includes going a perfect 5-0 at home thus far.
Now the Heat will have to make do without Bam Adebayo as well, as he has a sprained toe. And the Cleveland Cavaliers enter Miami hot, winners of four straight. Yet, my numbers say the line should be Cleveland -0.5, so I think the Heat can at least cover the wide spread for us.
Best Bet: Miami +7.5 (-105)
