After two weekends of UFC Apex slop (they turned out to be fun fight cards, to be fair), it’s pay-per-view time this coming weekend in the UFC. UFC 319 goes down from Chicago’s United Center on Saturday, with the UFC Middleweight Championship on the line in the main event. For my MMA Parlay of the Week: UFC 319, I’m parlaying my two favorite plays for the event. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Parlay of the Week: UFC 319
UFC 319: Du Plessis vs Chimaev
Start Time: Saturday – 6:30 PM EST – (ESPN+/ESPN/PPV)
As per usual, I’m parlaying my best bet for today’s action along with my MMA Gambling Podcast co-host Gumby Vreeland’s best bet. And, as usual, it’ll hit and we’ll make mucho money.
For my play, after my original best bet (Bryan Battle) had his fight cancelled, is Kai Asakura. The Japanese flyweight is on a different level skill-wise than opponent Tim Elliott, who is seven years older and has been out of action for almost two years.
Gumby’s pick is Carlos Prates, whom I’m in on as well. The Brazilian should outclass Geoff Neal on the feet and has a real good chance at finishing him inside the distance.
