What an edition of Sunday Night Football we have on our hands as the most recent number one pick heads south to take on CJ Stroud and the Texans. Below, we will take a look at the game and give a Bears-Texans preview. This is a great matchup of two of the youngest quarterbacks in our game. The future is bright and it is going to be a great thing to see these stars under the bright lights.

Bears at Texans Predictions

The Bears got the win in week one but did not look great. Caleb Williams looked very timid and did not look like his college self. I am not taking too much offense out of that first start and assume Caleb will be fine. The Bears defense looked really solid and ultimately won them the game at home against Tennessee.

Houston picked up right where they left off last season. They went on the road and played in a hostile divisional environment and got the win against the Colts. The new look Texans offense featuring Joe Mixon has the team looking extremely firey when they get on offense. The amount of weapons that CJ Stroud has at his disposal is a scary sight for opposing defenses.

Bears at Texans Bets

Houston are sizable favorites in week two and rightfully so. They surely have more experience and more weapons offensively. Both of these teams have solid defenses in my opinion and can take control with stops at big moments. There will be a time in which Caleb has his moment and that very well may be on Sunday Night Football. He spoke about being a tad nervous after game one but he will surely find his footing soon. I expect Houston to win the game on Sunday night, but I would not be shocked if it came down to the wire. Take the underdog in week two and ride with the Bears to keep it within striking distance.

The Pick. Bears +6.5
