2026 NFL Fast Futures Bets: Next Player To Record 5+ Passing Touchdowns In A Game

Joe Burrow (+1000)

We’ll start our list of quarterbacks to have 5+ passing touchdowns with the current favorite, Joe Burrow. As with all Joe Burrow bets, this all rides on him staying healthy. I tend to stay away from Burrow because of his health concerns. Not to mention his terrible offensive line. If you missed it, he got sacked and hit multiple times by Detroit’s second team.

However, he does have very talented weapons in Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Not to mention Andre Iosivias continues to be a sneaky weapon. Both Chase Brown and Samaje Perine are also pass-catching weapons out of the backfield.

Joe Burrow didn’t accomplish 5+ touchdowns in a game last year. Mostly because he missed most of the 2025 season. However, he did accomplish it in 2024. Twice. A guy that has already done this twice in a season is bound to do it again. It’s a big reason why he’s the current favorite.

Jared Goff (+1200)

The next two guys on the list are the current Detroit Lions quarterback and the former. We’ll start with Jared Goff. Like Joe Burrow, Goff has a plethora of weapons. Like Joe Burrow, Goff also has a recent 5+ passing touchdowns game. His last one was in September of 2025.

However, that’s not his only time accomplishing it. Goff threw for five touchdowns in December of 2024. He also threw for five touchdowns in December of 2023, as well as in 2018. In other words, Goff hitting 5 passing touchdowns wouldn’t be odd at all.

His weapons include Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Sam Laporta. That’s an argument alone on why a quarterback could succeed at this. Ben Johnson isn’t there anymore. However, Goff already hit this once without him, and he can do it again.

Matt Stafford (+1200)

The next quarterback to talk about is the former Detroit Lion, current LA Ram, Matt Stafford. Don’t start in on the fact that Stafford is getting up in age. Just like Joe Burrow, we’ll need him to stay healthy. However, the Rams have done a great job protecting him for the most part so far.

Stafford threw for five touchdowns in October of 2025 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was the first time he had done it in a decade, though. He threw for five touchdowns in 2015, 2012, 2011, and in 2009.

He has one of the top receivers in Puka Nacua. Guess what? Last year, Puka didn’t even play in that game. He also has one of the top red zone threats in Davante Adams. He had three of those touchdowns in the 2025 game against the Jaguars. The others were caught by Terrance Ferguson and Konata Mumpfield. If Stafford can get five touchdowns with guys like Mumpfield, he can do it again, no matter who’s catching the ball.

Patrick Mahomes (+1600)

It’s hard not to discuss quarterbacks to have 5+ passing touchdowns without discussing Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes has had five or more touchdowns in seven games in his career. Including two games with six passing touchdowns.

I realize the weapons are different. However, this is a quarterback who it seems doesn’t need all the top weapons in the world. He just needs some solid pass catchers who can run their routes. He has that. Whether it’s Rashee Rice, old man Travis Kelce, or even a rookie like Cyrus Allen.

He will allegedly be healthy and ready to roll by Week 1. I’d give it a little more time to make sure that’s confirmed. However, at +1600, it’s hard not to sprinkle a little on him.

Trevor Lawrence (+2800)

As with all NFL Fast futures, I like to add in a long shot bet to my portfolio. For quarterbacks to throw 5+ passing touchdowns, the long shot I like best is Trevor Lawrence at +2800. Lawrence enters his second year in Liam Coen’s high-powered offensive scheme.

You don’t have to go back too far to find the last time Trevor Lawrence accomplished this. On December 14th of last year, he threw five touchdowns against the New York Jets. It was the first time he had thrown for that many touchdowns. However, that doesn’t mean he can’t do it again.

In fact, if you look at Liam Coen’s system, it’s not the first time he’s had a quarterback throw for over five touchdowns. In 2024, Baker Mayfield threw for five touchdowns against the Carolina Panthers. Lawrence has the ability and the weapons. He’s got the right offensive play-caller. At +2800, the odds are great for a long shot that could definitely hit.
