SGPN Parlay For Wednesday (August 21st): MLB Parlay

MLB Wednesday: Minnesota Twins vs San Diego Padres

Start Time – 6:40 PM EST

Both of these teams aren’t ones that strikeout a lot, but if you shop around for alternative lines for strikeouts, you can get a pair of pitchers at their floor at a pretty good price.

Matt Waldron’s has fanned at least five batters in four straight games. He’s also met that number in five of his last six starts. With the way he’s rolling, that’s really looking like a floor for him. Even if the Twins don’t swing and miss a lot, he should be able to get that many.

It’s a little dicier for Simeon Woods Richardson, who only struck out one last time out. However, he did strikeout 13 in the previous two games combined. Again, the Padres are a tough team to strikeout, but the alternative line of 3+ is pretty reasonable for him and gives us a nice little parlay.
