NFL Week 9 Best Bets: Bad Decisions, Good Props & a Chargers Intervention | Stephie Smalls Show

MYBOOKIE BONUS

Some people watch football for elite quarterback play. This week, Stephie Smalls and Josh Cohen would appreciate a few terrible decisions.

On The Stephie Smalls Show, Cohen—host of Josh Cohen & The HomeTeam with KLV on FOX Sports South Florida and Questionable Call on YouTube—joins Smalls to break down NFL Week 9 player props, touchdown bets, and a teaser with room for things to get weird.

Cohen targets Geno Smith, Gardner Minshew, and J.J. McCarthy to throw interceptions. Smalls adds Bryce Young against Denver’s pass rush. Jayden Daniels gets discussed, too, but Cohen talks her out of betting an interception simply because he’s “due.” Apparently, emotional attachment is bad for both relationships and bankrolls.

Smalls also likes Ashton Jeanty over 32.5 receiving yards, Malik Nabers over 24.5 yards on his longest reception, and Dak Prescott over 35.5 yards on his longest completion.

Cohen’s Buffalo Bills touchdown parlay combines Josh Allen, James Cook, and Dalton Kincaid at +1466 odds discussed on the show. His three-team teaser takes the 49ers +0.5, Packers +13, and Bears +4.

Then Ryan McKee joins for the Circa Millions debate. The final five: Giants, Broncos, Texans, Rams, and Saints. Getting there involves Giants anxiety, Broncos acceptance, and the increasingly urgent question of why anyone keeps trusting the Chargers.

There’s also a running debate about whether Cohen might be Smalls’ biological father. The betting card gets settled. The paternity situation does not.
