Orlando Magic vs Phoenix Suns

Start Time – 9:00 PM EST

I half-expected “my” Phoenix Suns to suck this season, and they certainly aren’t letting me down. But this is a bit extreme, even for my expectations. However, I faded them last night and cashed, so I can still take advantage of my misery.

Tonight, however, I flip the script, even though it’s the second night of a back-to-back for Phoenix. The Orlando Magic also suck, and they’ll be missing Jalen Suggs (shock) and Paolo Banchero (shock). My line is Phoenix -8, so the Suns should be able to cover the spread on their home floor

Best Bet: Phoenix -1.5 (-104)

Miami Heat vs Golden State Warriors

Start Time – 10:00 PM EST

You can’t tell by just looking at win-loss records, but when you check out the advanced stats, the Western Conference is so much better than the Eastern this season. This plays into both my plays for tonight.

Although having to deal with their fair share of injuries to key players, the Golden State Warriors have been surprisingly strong this season. My line for their game against the Miami Heat tonight is Golden State -17.5 (early season numbers are still skewed), so I like the Warriors to cover.
