We’re approaching the halfway point of the NFL season, and Week 8 brings another opportunity to find value with a three-leg teaser. This week’s selections feature the Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Los Angeles Rams. Dallas moves from -7 to -1, Jacksonville moves from -9.5 to -3.5, and the Rams move from -6.5 to -0.5. Dallas Cowboys -7 to -1
The Dallas Cowboys welcome the Arizona Cardinals to AT&T Stadium for a Week 8 matchup. Dallas enters this week following an impressive 38-21 victory over Philadelphia on Monday night. On a short week, we are going to tease the Cowboys to only -1 so Dallas only needs to win by two. Arizona has been a sneaky team where the backdoor cover might be there in the second half. I do like Dallas and their homefield advantage coming off a big win.
Jacksonville Jaguars -9.5 to -3.5
The Jacksonville Jaguars return from their Week 7 bye to host the Indianapolis Colts. I think the Jaguars have one of the best offenses in the AFC. Getting that extra week to prepare for a divisional opponent is always important. The Colts this past week have traded their leaders in the trenches on both sides of the ball. They’re clearly punting on the season and I can’t back a team like that. Love the Jaguars big this weekend.
NFL Week 8 Teaser
Los Angeles Rams -6.5 to -0.5
The battle of LA. The Rams are the home team hosting the defeated Chargers coming off their bye week. I like teasing the Rams down to a -0.5 so we only need them to win by 1. I know the Chargers are coming off their bye week, but I just don’t think they’re good. Something is wrong with their offense; they’re also dealing with injuries on the offensive line. I don’t see the Chargers offense putting up enough points to keep this game close. I think the Rams win and get back to .500.
